Air Fryer Egg Rolls are easy to make and better than takeout, these crunchy egg rolls are filled with ground chicken and veggies and cook perfectly in 10 minutes.

Cook the ground chicken in a pan. Add the garlic and ginger. Stir to combine and cook for about 2 minutes or until the garlic and ginger become fragrant.

In a small bowl, add the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar. Stir to combine and set aside.

Add the coleslaw mix and stir to combine. Cook for about 3 minutes. Add the sauce and stir. Stir in the green onions and remove from heat.

Preheat air fryer to 400℉ Add the egg rolls to the basket and ensure there is space between.Spray the top with a small amount of spray oil. Air fry for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes, flip them over and cook for 4 more minutes.
