Easy Sloppy Joe Fries

BusyDayDinners.com

We took our air fryer french fries and topped them with a zesty homemade sloppy joe sauce and then baked them with cheese. The end result is a perfect loaded sloppy joe fries recipe that you’ll make for simple dinners and events like game day parties.

Ingredients

01

Preheat oven to 425℉ and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Cook the fries. French Fries Tip: cook an extra minute or two so the fries are extra crunchy.

02

While the fries are cooking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, onion, red and green pepper and saute until no longer pink. Drain the fat, leaving about a tablespoon in the pan.

03

Add the rest of the sauce ingredients (except cheese) and stir until incorporated. Remove from heat.

04

Once the fries are cooked, arrange on a sheet pan. Spoon over the sloppy joe sauce and top with cheese. Bake at 425℉ for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with parsley, green onions, or any toppings your desire.
