This easy and healthy Teriyaki Shrimp Stir Fry is a delicious Chinese dinner recipe that's better than takeout. Packed with saucy shrimp, fresh vegetables, and flavorful teriyaki sauce, served over rice for a deliciously meal.

Add the brown sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, water and cornstarch in a small bowl. Whisk together until no lumps remain.

Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over medium high heat. Add snow peas, yellow pepper, and broccoli. Saute until veggies are tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes. Add shrimp, garlic and ginger. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the shrimp is cooked.

Pour the sauce into the wok and stir to combine. Cook another 2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.
