In large bowl, combine seasoning, oil, garlic, and lime juice. Add shrimp and stir to coat. Tails can be removed before or after cooking. Thread on skewers.

Heat to medium temperature and cook shrimp about 2-3 minutes on each side. You’ll know they are done when they are opaque and pink. Warm up tortillas.

Fill each tortilla with cabbage mix, avocado slices, and shrimp. Top with cotija cheese, a squeeze of lime, a drizzle of ranch dressing, and cilantro (optional).
