– In a small bowl, melt the butter. Whisk in the honey and Dijon mustard until combined. Pre heat oven to 325F. – Coat the ham in the honey butter mixture.

– In another bowl, stir the onion powder, paprika, pumpkin pie spice, granulated sugar and brown sugar. – Coat the outside of the hame with about half of the sugar mixture.

– Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours or until the ham's internal temperature reaches 130℉. – Remove the ham from the oven and sprinkle the ham with the rest of the sugar using a spoon.

– Turn the oven up to 425℉ and place the ham back in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, enough for the sugars to caramelize.
