BusyDayDinners.com

This Instant Pot Shrimp Boil, straight from country traditions, featuring scrumptious shrimp, hearty potatoes, savory sausage, and corn, all cooked faster and easier than you'd think, all drenched in a finger-lickin' garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

01

Add sausage, onions, potatoes, 3 teaspoons of Old Bay seasoning, and hot sauce into a 6-quart Instant Pot. Pour in the chicken broth and top with corn and bay leaves.

02

Lock and seal the lid. Select manual setting, adjust the pressure to high and set the timer for 5 minutes. When finished cooking, do a quick release of the pressure.

03

Add the shrimp and 1 tablespoon of butter to the Instant Pot. Lock the lid and turn the valve to sealing. Select manual setting and adjust the pressure to high, and set the timer to 1 minute. When finished cooking, do a quick-release of the pressure.

04

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in the garlic and the remaining teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning until fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes. Serve immediately, drizzled with the garlic butter, fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
