Copycat Red Lobster Biscuits
These easy-to-make cheddar bay biscuits are a delicious copycat of Red Lobster's famous dinner rolls. They're buttery, cheesy, and garlicky, resembling restaurant-style side dishes, ready in just 20 minutes, and require no yeast or eggs.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450℉ and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk together the baking mix, cheddar cheese, and 1 ½ tsp garlic and herb seasoning until combined.
Add the buttermilk and stir together until just combined. It should stay undermixed.
Drop 10 to 12 large balls of biscuit dough on the baking sheet using an ice cream scoop or two large spoons.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven.
While the biscuits are baking, whisk together the melted butter, 1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning, and sea salt until combined.
When the biscuits come out of the oven, immediately brush them generously with the butter mixture using a pastry brush.
Sprinkle with parsley, if using, and serve warm.
