Teriyaki Beef and Noodles

To garnish

Instructions
Heat oil in a heavy pan. Sauté carrot and onion for 1 minute then add bell peppers. Cook for 2 more minutes.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil,

1 green bell pepper
Season the steak with salt and pepper and sear for 2-3 minutes with the vegetables until no more pink.
¼ teaspoon sea salt,

1 lb flank steak
Pour teriyaki sauce and stir all together. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Add the cooked noodles, toss to coat.

Gluten Free tip
Use the
Lotus Ramen noodles (4-5).
Double-check the ingredients of the teriyaki sauce and make sure it's not made with a wheat-based soy sauce.
How to store leftovers
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Reheat in the microwave.
