Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 4 slices cheese any kind
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375℉. Place a cooling rack on a baking sheet.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix everything together with clean hands.
- For the beef mixture into 4 equal-sized patties. The patties will shrink and thicken while cooking, so make them thin if you don't like a super thick patty.
- Place the patties on the cooling rack and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the burgers are cooked to at least 160℉.
- In the last few minutes of baking, add a slice of cheese on top of each burger.
- Serve the burgers on buns with your favorite toppings and condiments.
