Beef Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
- 8 oz wide egg noodles
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 white onion diced
- 1 package taco seasoning 1 oz package
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅓ cup water
- 1 can diced tomatoes 15 oz can, undrained
- 1 can Rotel 10 oz can, undrained
- 1 can tomato sauce 8 oz can
- 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉. Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions, for the shortest time recommended on the package. Place the cooked noodles in the baking pan.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium-high heat. Cook until the beef is no longer pink. Drain the excess grease.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, garlic powder, salt and water. Cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.
- Add in the diced tomatoes, Rotel, and tomato sauce. Place beef mixture in the baking pan with the noodles and mix well.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until the cheese melted. Serve hot.
