Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- shredded lettuce
- Sliced hamburger pickles
- 8 flour tortillas
Big Mac Sauce
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp sweet relish
- 2 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp white vinegar
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Add all the Big Mac sauce ingredients to a small bowl. Whisk together and set aside.
- Add the ground beef, minced onion, salt, and pepper to a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until the beef is browned. Drain any grease.
- Spread Big Mac sauce on one side of the tortillas. Spoon the cooked ground beef on top. Top with cheese, lettuce and pickles. Drizzle extra Big Mac Sauce on top. Wrap up and serve.
