Ingredients
Stir-Fry
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into thin strips
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 10 oz Udon noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 ½ cups julienned carrots
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 large onion
- ½ cup chopped green onions
Black Pepper Sauce
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp black pepper
Instructions
- Add the chicken to a medium bowl and toss with the soy sauce.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Saute the chicken for 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, saute the carrot for 3 minutes and then add the broccoli, onion and green onion. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- In a small bowl, stir together the sauce ingredients.
- Add the chicken back with the veggies. Add the udon noodles and pour in the black pepper sauce. Stir together. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Be careful it does not burn. Serve hot.
